Exercise helps in increasing your flexibility, strengthens your muscles, centers your thoughts, relaxes and calms you.
After just one exercise class starts a decrease in tension, fatigue and anger. Women reported fairly similar mood benefits. It also helps diabetes, carpal tunnel syndrome, strength, flexibility, asthma and strengthens your immune system.
Children were involved in a 7-day Exercise class. They were very excited to do Exercise class the first time in school. We taught them its benefits in daily life."
